Located in a quiet rural area just minutes from the town of St George, enjoy a peaceful country retreat in this cozy 2 story, century old home that still holds a touch of nostalgia, but offers all the modern amenities. A large yard provides plenty of space for play or relaxation.
Centrally located in southwestern New Brunswick, Saint John, St Andrews, the Fundy Isles and the state of Maine are all within comfortable driving distance for day trips.
While this home is over 100 years old, it has been meticulously maintained throughout the years and is the perfect place to unplug from daily life. Enjoy the peacefulness of country living, observe the wildlife that occasionally wanders through the yard, and go for a beach walk at the Green's Point Lighthouse a couple miles down the road. It's also centrally located for any day excursions you may wish to take.
All modern conveniences are available: internet, TV, a fully outfitted kitchen, washer and dryer, two family rooms, one with TV, one without, providing plenty of space to relax indoors. A dedicated workspace can also be accommodated ahead of arrival.
