Magnificent views from this one bedroom, well positioned apartment on the 12th floor with luxury amenities. ie. Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Tennis Court, Spa, Sauna, Gym. Very close to Beach, Tram, Yacht Club, Surf Club, Tedder Av. Restaurants & Cafes, McIntosh Park, Marina Mirage & Broadwater Park. All within walking distance. *Includes a secure car space. *Directly above the GC500 Race Track. (Cnr of Serisier & Breaker Sts.) *Also, there are FREE on-track tickets included for the GC500 race.
The space
There's a spacious lounge/dining room with a 75" TV. Youtube, Stan & Netflix available. The bathroom includes both a shower and separate bath for a relaxing soak.
The balcony views are 'to die for'! Great for brekky, lunch or dinner too. Sunsets can be extraordinary.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 x burner gas stove, oven, a microwave, toaster plus a dishwasher. There's a large fridge and freezer available too.

*Also, there are free on-track tickets for those who book for the GC500 race. The entire unit is available for you to use.
Other things to note
In the foyer downstairs (groundfloor) there are plenty of pamphlets highlighting surrounding theme parks, places to visit, entertainment and highlights in the area.
