Vrbo gave me the wrong information about entering the premises. I was fortunate to have had the owner’s phone number and he clearly explained what I needed to do. Everything went smoothly from then on. The premises were excellent.

Hello Peter, there was one there along with many other things that we have had to replace, but unfortunately we live in a world where people think they can just take other peoples belongings and it is hard for us to stay on top of it, so thank you for letting us know as we will definitely replace it.
