Perfect location, well appointed, frequently visited by grazing deer and fawns. A very minor maintenance issue was quickly resolved. Check-in and out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again.

Adorable condo with a beautiful setting. Lots of birds and some deer right there. 2 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. Kitchen is gorgeous. Very spacious and the pics don't do it justice. There's a table on the lower patio perfect for meals that wasn't in listing. Decent beds. Only negative is wall thickness between two of the bedrooms. Would also suggest rental company create a signable pact with neighboring units, as one neighbor was quite loud very late one night. Other than that, perfect!

Our group of six loved staying here! The view and location cannot be beat. Minutes to downtown Saugatuck and a short walk to downtown Douglas. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and rooftop deck. The sunsets here are great! There is a small tiki bar (on a dock) next door to the neighborhood, but it was fairly tame and closed by 8:30pm. Looks like a pool is being built on the complex property. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach equipment was available so we didn’t have to rent.
