Host was welcoming & approved an early check in. Amenities suited our mens rugby group booking &;was comfortable and clean.spacious with great air con.Spa helped with the recovery after a hot and physical couple of games. Would have been handy to have a couple of extra mattresses for the floor. Thanks again Steve.
I stayed here with my husband and toy cavoodles while we evacuated our flood prone house and waited out Cyclone Alfred. Steve was amazing at helping out and accommodating our needs and his communication was fast and excellent. The house was super clean, comfortable and safe. It held up very well and met all our needs. The patio works really well for wet weather and the dogs loved the garden. There are lots of rooms and many made-up queen sized beds which we didn't need but would easily accommodate a very large family.
We booked this listing as emergency accommodation for family of 4 and dog.The day prior to the booking, the host advised we could not check in the following day due to maintenance, and he would refund one nights accommodation. (He still has not refunded this amount more than one month later, despite our follow ups)The ensuite toilet was leaking. There were only 2 smoke alarms in the entire house. The yard was overgrown and had rubbish across it. There was a leaking tap outside and a leaking tap in the laundry. Black spiders come out of the main bathroom drains at night, and one found a home in my 2 year olds shoe. The couches are barely useable as they are so uncomfortable and lumpy. Some cutlery was dirty and required rewashing prior to use. The soap holder on the shower fell off. The spa is not heated. The sheets and towels were clean though?
