This property is designed for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Start your mornings at the beach, spend afternoons in the heated pool, and end your evenings outdoors with a drink, a show on the patio TV, or dinner outside. Every area of the home is thoughtfully maintained and cared for.

The location allows easy access across the island. You can bike to most areas within minutes, and the free trolley stop is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around without driving.

The home includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, with space to sleep eight guests. There are three king beds and a bunk setup with a twin over queen and an additional trundle. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, you have a private fenced yard with a heated pool, an outdoor dining area, a lounge space with a TV and bar, and a BBQ grill. Inside, there is also a game room with a ping pong table and an elevator that services all three levels. The home includes a professional linen service and follows high cleaning standards.

For the beach, the home is stocked with chairs, a wagon, a cooler, towels, and beach toys.

The beach is under a 10 minute walk, the trolley stop is about 3 minutes away, and restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.
