The instructions sent for check in were useless and confusing. We arrived to find no means of confirming the instructions; the desk in the building asked for documentation and waved us away. We tried to find the key box on the fence opposite; we finally rang and waited until help arrived. That help should have been primary, not an hour after we arrived. We have travelled the world. Never in any country have we been subjected to such disregard. What a shame. Your apartment was ideal in every way from there.
