We loved the property. It is beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for our family. It’s also in a great location. We also appreciated that it is dog friendly so that was a huge plus!

The one thing that was concerning was the elevator safety feature doesn’t work so when the door decides to close it will not stop even if your body is there . It is super dangerous especially for children .

Perfect family stay

We had an incredible time at Sapphire Sound! The location is perfect- quiet but not too far from the beach and restaurants. The waterpark/pool is ideal for families with small children (we have a 5, 3, and 10 month old and they loved it). The condo…. So beautiful. Everything is new and clean, looks exactly like the pictures. We had trouble with the WiFi but didn’t really need it… too busy having fun and enjoying OBX! Such a great place to stay, will definitely be back!

Pros: New building, well-maintained environment, convenient location, easy parking, walking paths, great for pets. Good communication.Cons: Pool closed during our stay, could not access clubhouse with code. The biggest issue we had was the Master Bed, which makes excessive noise, making it difficult to sleep. Please change the box spring.
