PLEASE NOTE:
- Mid-June thru Mid-August is booked Friday-Friday, by the week.
- Base rates cover up to 35 guests, each additional guest above the 35 is $25/night.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Pine Country Lodge (PCL) is a stunning, all-inclusive lakefront property nestled on a 3.5-acre partially wooded lot with breathtaking views of Minong Flowage Lake. Spanning over 10,000 square feet, this modern-rustic lodge is designed for large groups, featuring 16 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and 1 half-bath. It can comfortably accommodate up to 62 guests across its spacious, well-appointed rooms. PCL offers unparalleled views, with more than 100 large windows showcasing the picturesque lake and surrounding forest.

THE LAND:
- Location: 3.5-acre wooded lot on Minong Flowage Lake (1,564 acres).
- Shoreline: Over 400 feet of pristine shoreline, complete with a grassy lawn leading down to the water.
- Water Activities: Dock, swim platform, lily pad, kayaks, paddleboards, a pontoon, and two jet skis available for rent.

THE BUILDING::
- 16 Bedrooms: Includes 14 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 34 twin beds.
- Sleeping Capacity: Can sleep up to 62 people with over 40 beds.
- Private Suites: 9 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, including 1 private master suite and 3 private 2-bedroom suites.
- Flexible Sleeping Arrangements: Many bedrooms feature additional twin beds (some with up to 4 beds).
- 2,300-square-foot Clubhouse is the ultimate entertainment zone and 'Corporate Retreat' meeting space..
- Game Room: 1,500 square feet of entertainment, featuring a rustic bar, shuffleboard, foosball, and an arcade.
- Theater: Private 12-seat theater for movie nights.

MAIN LODGE:
The 8,000-square-foot Main Lodge is the heart of PCL, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. Composed of the Main Level, Second Level, Bonus Level- "The Loft", and the Lower Level.

MAIN LEVEL:
- Open-concept design with 9-foot ceilings.
- Great Room: A magnificent 3-story, 1,150-square-foot cathedral room with 30-foot ceilings, stunning wood beams, and a
wood-burning fireplace. The room includes multiple seating areas, a bar, and a pool table.
- Kitchen: An oversized, 20-foot-wide kitchen with a 12-foot island, two sinks, three dishwashers, two wall ovens, a 36" gas stovetop, two 36" stainless steel fridge/freezer units, a microwave, a commercial grade Keurig coffee machine and last but not least, 12 lin. ft of 9' tall pantry cabinets. Please ask for our kitchen inventory sheet which outlines all of the items that are stocked in our kitchen. But please trust us when we say, we have "literally" everything!
- Dining Room: Two long tables 15' and 13' built from reclaimed lumber salvaged out of an old granary on Lake Superior,
built in the late 1800's. Including the adjacent spaces, this lodge can seat 50 people comfortably (inside) and when
counting the three 12' tables on the deck we can seat 75 people comfortably.
- Master Suite: A 2-bedroom suite with a shared full bath.

SECOND LEVEL:
- 2-bedroom master suite with shared bath.
- 4 additional bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
- Small seating area with TV.

LOWER LEVEL:
- 2-bedroom master suite with shared bath.
- 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
- Wet bar and living area with lake views.

BONUS LEVEL, "THE LOFT":
- Accessed by a spiral staircase from the second floor.
- A private suite with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room offering panoramic views
- The living room has a smart TV, a couch and a cozy fireplace.


THE CLUBHOUSE WING:
The 2,300-square-foot Clubhouse is the ultimate entertainment zone.

- Game Room: 1,500 square feet of entertainment, featuring a rustic bar, shuffleboard, foosball, and an arcade.
- Theater: Private 12-seat theater for movie nights.
- Private 2-Bedroom Apartment: A secluded, 2-story apartment offering a more private stay. The second floor includes the
master suite and bath, while the first floor features a multi-use room (Living Room and 16th Bedroom) and bathroom.
- Mudroom: Connects the clubhouse to the main lodge for easy access year-round.
