There are four bedrooms in this spacious apartment. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, ducted air-conditioning, walk-in robe and an ensuite. The second bedroom doubles as an office, with a sofa bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning. The master suite is downstairs and includes a large freestanding bath. There is another downstairs bedroom with two singles - ideal for children.

Pool.
This apartment has a private plunge pool with ocean views.

Location.
Located on the tranquil northern end of the island, it is just a short buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions.

Extra bed.
There is a sofa bed in the office - for extra guests or children.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
