This beautiful two-storey townhouse, located in Harvie Heights is just a 5 minute drive into Canmore and just minutes from Banff National Park Gates.

Every townhouse has a mountain view that features two bedrooms each with a queen bed in second floor, two full bathrooms. The main floor showcases a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with a pull-out sofa and heated flooring. All townhouses come with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.

This beautiful townhouse is only 15 minutes to Banff town center and 5 minutes to Canmore town center where you can stroll through town and browse the shops, enjoy a nice meal, or spoil yourself with a day at the spa. If you are looking to be active during your stay, you can enjoy one of the nearby golf courses, or during ski season check out one of 4 ski resorts in the surrounding areas. There are hiking trails and bike trails, and even a nearby park to take the little ones.

Damage Deposit of $250.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The checkout time is anytime before 11am. Send the host a message when your group leaves. Put all used bath towels in the washer and start washing them.
Return the park pass and bear spray in the unit in summer, it is really important! Please tie up your trash and discard it appropriately in the large bins. No garbage bags or food left outside !
Load the used dishes, pans, Pots, coffee pot and start the dishwasher.(Please use dish pods). Any extra cleaning work on dirty dishes, pots, pans left in the sink will be charged back to the guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place is very clean and comfortable and Lauren is very, very accommodating. The location is less than 30 minutes from Banff which is a very big plus. Will definitely book at this place again.

Great location.

Needed a rental after camping with friends for a few nights in Banff and this spot was excellent. The complex seemed busy, as it appears most if not all units are up for short term rentals, but we did not have any unruly neighbors or noise issues. Accommodation was as advertised and well suited for four adults. I would highly recommend the Canmore area in general as an alternative to the hustle bustle of Banff.

This is a quiet spacious townhouse style accomodation that kept drawing "oh wow" responses out of myself and my spouse when we checked in. 4 nights. Comfortable beds and pillows. Attention to details. Upper floor balcony facing south to Mt Rundle. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property. Will return.

Our stay was great! The unit was easy to find and the host gave us instructions for everything ahead of time. They were also very responsive to messages. The unit was clean and had everything in it that we needed. The view was great from the balcony as well! The townhouse is right off the highway but you can’t hear the traffic from inside which was great. The only trouble we had was with the WiFi. We connected without issue but the actual strength of the WiFi was very poor. It wasn’t usable from upstairs unfortunately. But other than that we had a great stay and would recommend!

Great location to enjoy Banff, the Park and Canmore. Freeway access going in both directions is a breeze, road out front is newly paved (as of July '25). This unit has one of the best views of the mountains across the valley. We never had any issues with parking. The unit itself: on the smaller side (ex: couch fits 2 people 1 side chair, each bathroom can really only have 1 person in them at a time) *but* who's spending much time in the rental when in Banff. Both bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals, internet worked well, bathrooms had essentials: shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to someone visiting Banff.There are shared BBQs around the property, accessible through the "backyard" -- a great way to cook a large dinner. Stock up on groceries and gallons of water (the water in Banff isn't great) at the Safeway in Canmore.

It was raining when we arrived and the eavestrough was broken and unable to go in or out without getting soaked. Air conditioning in bedroom not working. Dust on microwave and all shelves. Spider web by fireplace couldn’t open dishwasher door all the way to load. Unable to reach glasses as cupboards too high and no footstool to assist
