Villa, pool, 200 m from Eyrac beach, south-facing terrace, like a lodge.

Available for check-in on Saturdays during Easter and on Sundays during the summer: A 4- or 5-bedroom villa with three terraces and a heated pool, set on a large 2,400 m² lot—a rarity in this location that lends it a discreet, spacious charm. With its century-old pine trees and nestled in lush greenery, the villa is a 2-minute walk from Eyrac Beach and a 5-minute walk from city centre Arcachon—with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment—so you can enjoy your holiday without a car… or traffic jams!

With a floor area of 240 m², the house can accommodate up to 9 people with at least one child or 10 people with at least two children.
The heated pool measures 12 m by 5 m, featuring a small paddling pool and two adjoining south-facing terraces. Please note: this pool has no fence or roller cover; however, there is an alarm and safety wristbands for children.

- The upstairs area, flooded with light, has just been completely renovated (fully air-conditioned, using high-quality materials). It is surrounded by another large south-facing terrace that wraps all the way around the house.
Featuring a large living room (an 8-seater sofa in front of the fireplace and/or the built-in large-screen TV with DVD player…), ceiling fans, and an exotic style, the kitchen, the bar, and the dining room with a large folding table, a guest bathroom—all under a spacious ceiling with exposed roof beams.
The kitchen, which opens onto the bar, the living/dining room, and the south-facing terrace, features a full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice, a 5-burner gas range, a pyrolytic oven that can be divided into two sections, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
Next is a large bedroom (180 cm bed) with a walk-in closet, a large walk-in shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet.
A second bedroom (160 cm bed) with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a separate toilet.
A third bedroom in the attic, intended exclusively for one or two children. Please note: they must be able to climb down a staircase, so they should be of a certain age.

- The garden-level floor, which opens onto a paved courtyard, has been completely renovated and is fully air-conditioned. It features a second kitchen with a second dishwasher, a small refrigerator, a hob, and a range hood. A large table, a sofa, and a second TV with a DVD player are in the fourth bedroom.
Adjacent to this space is a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine (and dryer).
A fourth large bedroom, featuring either a 200/200 king-size bed, which can be configured as two separate 100 cm by 200 cm beds.

Two tables—one for 10 people and one for 4—are available on the patio, along with two hammocks, an outdoor lounge area, a griddle, a ping-pong table, a trampoline (large and enclosed), a carport that can accommodate two cars (the driveway allows for additional vehicles to be parked without issue), and lounge chairs.

Practical information: All of the house’s hot water comes from a solar water heater.
Finally, all of the house’s water is filtered.

IMPORTANT: Once the reservation is confirmed, all guests will be asked to present their ID to the owner for verification.

Housekeeping: high-quality sheets and towels, bath mats, and tea towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival—this is mandatory (due to COVID and for convenience)—for 15 euros per person per stay.
As an option, you can rent bikes and stand-up paddleboards without having to leave the property or wait an hour at the shop!
You’ll be greeted on-site by Virginie, who will offer you these options.
She’ll welcome you on the day of your arrival until 7:30 PM (after that, there’s an additional charge of 40 euros). The house is available for rent starting on Sunday (except during the first week of Easter break) to help you avoid tedious traffic jams! However, you can leave on Saturday if you wish and thus book just 6 nights instead of 7. You’ll pay Virginie directly for linens and made-up beds upon arrival, based on the number of people in your party. For example, for 6 people, that’s 6 × 15 euros, or 90 euros for the entire stay, regardless of its duration
