Wonderful place! Clean and well maintained with easy access to the mountain and Village. If you’re a cook at home person couldn’t ask for a better equipped kitchen! Darilyn is a great host he even asked his daughter to help me out with a problem of my making .

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. We apologize again for the missing parking fob upon arrival. While we were able to provide a replacement within 45 minutes, we understand the inconvenience and will review our check-in process to prevent this in the future. We’re also sorry for the cleanliness concerns. This is not our standard, and we would have gladly addressed these items immediately had we been notified during your stay. Regarding the fireplace, we apologize for the inconvenience. The thermostat requires the switch beside it to be on; pressing “Mode” and adjusting the temperature with the “ ” and “–” buttons should help maintain consistent operation. We will be adding clearer instructions for future guests. Thank you as well for the feedback about the bins. We will review what is currently provided. We appreciate your comments and the opportunity to improve.
