Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I booked this place days earlier. I get there. They tell me that I don’t have a room. I have the itinerary. I have money took out my bank account. I have evidence of all this. Really horrible experience with whoever was renting that particular one out. I understand there’s different companies and different owners, but somebody really screwed me over. I don’t recommend the ones with the panorama corners because you don’t wanna plan your trip get there and not have a hotel, spend your money have your itinerary and not allowed to get the room really pissed me off .
