Situated near La Trobe University and less than 10 minutes from Bendigo's CBD, you'll feel right at home in this 3 bedroom home that fits up to 6 guests.

Walk inside and you'll find a light-filled open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area designed for relaxing. With carefully selected furnishings, a cozy wood fire, flat screen TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, you can enjoy comfort year round. Please note this property has streaming services on the TV only. No free to air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dishwasher and even a coffee pod machine. Use this space to enjoy a meal, a movie or some light reading next to the fire. When you're finished socialising, you'll be able to get a great night sleep in 1 of 3 bedrooms, each fitted with a queen size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Step outside to an incredible backyard made for entertaining. The undercover deck has ceiling fans, outdoor seating and a BBQ. The beautifully maintained gardens and firepit area create the perfect spot to gather and unwind under the stars. Please note that firewood is not provided and guests will need to bring this for their stay.
