Worst experience ever
Our experience was regrettably unpleasant. Upon arriving at the property, we immediately noticed hair from previous guests scattered across the floor, disheveled couches, and a sticky kitchen.Despite these initial observations, we attempted to give the accommodation a chance. However, the situation escalated when someone sought to use the bathroom, which was unfortunately covered in hair, the toilet was unclean, and the trash can was overflowing with used toilet paper.Upon inspecting the beds, we discovered that most were stained and dirty. I promptly took photographs/Videos and decided to file a complaint. The management expressed their apologies and indicated that they would send someone to address the issues.I patiently agreed to await further communication. After stepping out for a meal and to drop someone off at the airport, we returned late to find the living room infested with ants, and we still had not received any updates.My husband attempted to wash the sheets and two blankets, but the dryer was inefficient, leaving us with no choice but to cover ourselves with our jackets and sleep directly on the mattress protectors.The following morning, I was informed that no one would be coming to assist us. Although they agreed to cancel my reservation, I was told that I would still need to pay for the night I had stayed, despite the circumstances.I will not be renting from Evolve again and strongly advise others to avoid this property .
