This place is in a great location with water views and close to ASU, Scottsdale and PHX airport. In fact, way to close to the airport as you are right in the flight path! The planes were all day and night and very loud. The highway was also very close and noisy. I did like the water view from balcony and lots to do around the area with biking, hiking, walking paths and watching boaters/kayakers, walk to restaurants/brewery.The condo itself was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage son. We enjoyed the amenities of the property but difficulty with trying to navigate the parking situation and navigating the building at night.The condo unfortunately has a terrible musty, mildew smell right at the door when you walk in. The washing machine broke, but was quickly repaired by property management so I appreciate that.One key fob to access everything in building is difficult when everyone has their own agenda.I would recommend pool towels be provided and TVs in the bedrooms so everyone can have their own privacy.The condo can also use some fresh painting as it looked like someone just moved out with marks on the walls and left bare minimum.Towel hooks in the bathrooms would also be nice.Overall, it was okay. Did not appreciate high fees for cleaning etc when it didn’t feel super clean.
