Situated on the waterfront near the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club, this sophisticated four bedroom villa offers spectacular views over the lagoon pool and Dent Passage. Four stylish bedrooms - each with their own bathroom - makes this villa an ideal option for groups. State-of-the-art appliances and designer furniture add an element of pure refinement.

Location.
The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club. Villa 4 is in the first row of the villas, and has a large patio which opens onto a vibrant grassed area.

Views.
Villa 4 offers magnificent views of the waterfront lagoon pool and the Hamilton Island Yacht Club, as well as the turquoise waters of Dent Passage.

Australian Design.
Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces.

Arrival Service.
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Your Villa also includes a custom hamper box and a bottle of wine.

High-end interiors.
Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods are supplied, once these are used you will need to purchase a Nespresso compatible brand from the local IGA or please remember to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.
This villa overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool.

Bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms in Villa 4. The master suite, located on the top floor, has stunning views, a private balcony and exquisite furnishings. There are two additional double bedrooms with ensuites located on the second floor, and a fourth bedroom with a small study desk located on the ground floor. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

If the mere thought of prepping, planning and packing all the things your baby might possibly need while you’re away makes your head hurt, Hamilton Island has just the thing to help you travel light. With a selection of free of charge By Request items that can be ordered in advance and in your Yacht Club Villa on your arrival, we can help make your stay as relaxing as possible, saving the extra worry when packing for your holiday.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
