Yacht Club Villa 21

Yacht Club works, from 1 May 2026 until 31 July 2026 – Works include demolition, rectification, rebuilding, waterproofing, compliance and finishing works required to address identified water damage, deterioration and water proofing failure affecting multiple external elements of the property, including upper and lower balconies. Guests may experience some intermittent noise between 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This waterfront villa provides a sophisticated, relaxing and private environment with amazing uninterrupted views across Dent Passage to Shute Harbour and beyond. The large outdoor area has its own plunge pool with sun lounges and couches to accommodate all your guests. The designer interiors and state of the art appliances provide all the comfort and convenience you will you need for a fantastic holiday.

Location.
The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club. Villa 21 is located near the end of the front row of villas in a private and quiet location.

Views.
Villa 21’s waterfront location offers magnificent uninterrupted views of Dent Passage and beyond from the living room and balconies, bedrooms and outdoor pool area.

Australian Design.
Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. Sliding glass door to the main balcony allow you to enjoy indoor / outdoor living all year round. It also includes stunning interiors creating and aesthetically pleasing and practical villa.

Arrival Service.
As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Your Villa also includes a custom hamper box and a bottle of wine.

High-end interiors.
Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances and a full range of kitchenware, Nespresso coffee machine, a separate laundry, fully ducted air-conditioning to all levels and quality sound system. The main balcony has an outdoor table seating 8 plus casual seating and BBQ while the spacious outdoor area has sun lounges and outdoor couches to compliment the private plunge pool. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.
Villa 21 offers a private plunge pool and has a cliff-top outdoor area overlooking Dent Passage where you can relax in privacy. As part of a gated community it also shares beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool overlooking a private beach accessible only to Yacht Club residents and guests.

Bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms in Villa 21. The master suite on the upper level includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, private balcony with sun lounges and an incredible uninterrupted water view and a master ensuite with double shower and bath. The second bedroom includes a king bed (that can be split to two singles on request) and a private balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level and have king beds (that can be split into two singles upon request), ensuite bathrooms and both have direct access to the outdoor pool area and views across Dent Passage. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

With a selection of free of charge By Request items that can be ordered in advance and in your Yacht Club Villa on your arrival, we can help make your stay as relaxing as possible, saving the extra worry when packing for your holiday.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
