Welcome to the Flip Flop Inn (formerly known as Birches 2). This large contemporary 2 storey house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The private courtyard area with direct access off the kitchen to the purpose-built ground-level timber deck offers an outdoor dining setting and a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
The air-conditioned open plan living/dining/kitchen area is located downstairs with this area thoughtfully including a 3rd toilet and direct internal access to the garage and laundry. The kitchen features contemporary appliances including gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 door refrigerator and an Aldi coffee machine (coffee pods NOT supplied). There is free Wifi available for your convenience. A high chair and porta cot are also available.
Upstairs the four bedrooms include a queen size master suite with ensuite, air-conditioning, walk-in robe & north facing balcony catching cooling summer breezes & warm winter sun. The other 3 bedrooms each have built-in robes & ceiling fans. There is also a large bathroom with separate bath & shower and hairdryer.
Flip Flop Inn is conveniently located in the heart of Amity opposite the Amity Tavern and within minutes walking distance of all amenities, including the rock wall for fishing, Amity beach, public jetty, boat ramp and swimming enclosure. The yard is securely fenced and pet friendly though really only suitable for smaller dogs as the yard is quite small (outside only). Off street parking in lock up garage and outside parking for second car. Boat parking is also available on kerb in front of the property.
Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
