Sleeping arrangements
Three king bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. The main-level primary suite includes a walk-in shower and soaking tub, while the two upstairs bedrooms each offer an ensuite bath. One features a private balcony overlooking the pond.

Living areas
With more than 2,560 square feet, the living space includes plush seating, an HDTV, a game table, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi. Soft lighting and open flow make it easy to spend time together or enjoy a quiet moment.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven offers room to prepare meals at your pace. The dining area opens to the patio, keeping you close to the surrounding water and trees.

Outdoor living
A private patio invites you to take in the pond view, and nearby paths lead to lake access. A community pool is also available.

Essentials and access
Amenities include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, a washer and dryer, free parking for two vehicles, and a private entrance. The home is pet-friendly, and self check-in with a keypad provides a simple arrival.

Neighborhood
Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), with nearby facilities where guests may book their own golf, tennis, or pickle ball reservations.
