The villa features three king bedrooms, each designed for rest and privacy. The main-level primary suite includes a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, while both upstairs bedrooms offer ensuite baths. One of the upstairs rooms opens onto a private balcony - a quiet space to enjoy the morning air or evening sky. With three and a half baths, there’s plenty of room for everyone to get ready with ease.

Living areas
More than 2,500 square feet of open living and dining areas blend gathering and relaxation. A flat-screen HDTV and game table set the stage for movie nights or friendly competition, while soft lighting and comfortable seating create a warm atmosphere that feels instantly welcoming.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and all the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals. The dining area flows naturally toward the patio, making it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor meals together.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the patio overlooking the pond where you can relax under the open sky. The nearby community pool offers a refreshing way to cool off or spend a leisurely afternoon.

Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Dog-friendly (1) with pre-approval, weight restrictions and an additional pet fee. Located within the gated community of The Players Club (TPC), this peaceful retreat provides access to a secure environment with nearby recreation options and on-site dining. Two free parking spaces are available for your convenience. Guests may book their own golf, tennis and/or pickle ball reservations at nearby facilities.
