Le Touquet - Magnificent renovated family villa 6 bedrooms 12 people

Dear Travellers,

Our magnificent family villa has just been renovated.

Very bright and spacious, beautiful volumes, 190m2 facing south with one floor, 6 large bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room with fireplace and terrace, a dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry room, veranda, large entrance hall, entrance and landing.

Telework possible, an office for 1 or 2 people in each room. Very high speed and stable WIFI and fiber internet.

Beautiful garden of 1950m2, front and rear of the villa. Fully fenced. WEBER barbecue, 2 garden furniture and 2 large garden tables. 2 large parasols, in each of the gardens, 7 deckchairs...

You can park 3 to 4 cars in the garden path and store your bikes there.

The final decoration was completed at the end of 2022, the villa is ready to welcome you! We make improvements regularly.

Access to 10 minutes by car from the A16 motorway. Nearest Lille, Beauvais and Paris airports. Near Etaples station, a shuttle bus station at the foot of the villa.

Our villa is located in the entrance of Le Touquet, 5 minutes by car from the South beach, 12 minutes by bike. 12 minutes by bike from the center of Le Touquet. Very easy and quick access. Cycle paths from the villa to the center of Le Touquet. Take your bikes or rent them!

Our second home is fully equipped to bring you a very pleasant and comfortable stay. 6 large spacious and very bright bedrooms with plenty of storage. The 3 bathrooms are new. Very large living room and dining room. The villa is surrounded by greenery and facing south!

It is ideal for meeting up with family or friends!

Very nice holiday house in a beautiful area

The house has spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit outdated but has everything that is needed. A practical dining room and cozy living room. WiFi and Bluetooth audio are fine. Pleasant and spacious garden. And good tips from the owners for all kinds of activities

Lovely stay in Le Touquet

We needed a large house to accommodate 3 families and this did not disappoint. House is bright and airy, very comfortable for 10 people. Lovely gardens to the back and front. Located between Etaples and Le Touquet, a car is needed to explore the area although we did walk back from Le Touquet once on the road that cuts through the forest. The host, Anthony, was very accommodating, quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property for a large group or family.

Très bon séjour

Réunion de famille à l'occasion d'un anniversaire de 60 ans de mariage . Nous avons grandement apprécié l'espace et le confort de cette maison familiale. Tout était au RDV excepté...le soleil! Mais nous avons pu tout de même faire d'autres activités et profiter de la quiétude de la villa. Elle est bien équipée et permet à tous d'y trouver son bonheur. Nous sommes prêts à recommencer.

Un séjour parfait. Un propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactif, même un 1er mai. Une maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Une répartition des chambres, salles d'eau, séjour et jardin permettant à chacun de profiter au maximum de cette semaine de vacances. Un temps bien meilleurs que ce que prévoyait la météo. Au global nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix.

Beau villa aux abords de la ville, parfait pour des groupes!

Des chambres et salles de bains qui avaient l'air tout neufs, de grandes chambres avec beaucoup de lumière, nous avons occupé ce villa à 4 mais il y avait facilement de l'espace pour plus! La villa est situé sur une route assez fréquentée, ce qui n'est pas un problème à l'intérieur car elle est bien insonorisé (on y dort d'ailleurs très bien!), mais du coup nous n'avons pas vraiment profité des deux belles tables en terrasse et de toute l'espace du jardin qui se trouve devant. Cuisine bien équipé. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, avec un livret très utile sur la maison et la ville et une bouteille de rosé au frigo pour nous accueillir! Notre seul regret: ne pas avoir louer des vélos se déplacer sans voiture car un beau piste cyclable passe devant la maison!
