The space MASTER BEDROOM: Bright, airy bedroom with king-sized Lamu bed with mosquito net and a private, ensuite bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM: Can be left as a toddler bedroom/playroom or converted into a second adult bedroom with Queen-sized bed.
OFFICE: Contains desk space, a projector and comfortable sofa for movie nights. Can also be converted into a third bedroom with a single bed.
LIVING ROOM: 42" wall mounted flat screen smart TV (Netflix!) and high-speed fiber WIFI internet in place.
GYM: The garage is converted into a home gym, with free weights, weight-lifting benches, mats, a large mirror and a punching bag.
SECURITY: Security is very good. The property is bordered by other families including an American couple who have horses. There's wire fencing and high hedges around the property and a gated entrance. Rental includes a nightly security guard (6pm-6am) and the local on-call security service (panic buttons are provided).
HOUSEKEEPING: Rental also includes a terrific housekeeper who does housecleaning and laundry 5 days a week.
