Check in was easy and smooth. Great communication with property manager/owner. Flexible regarding check out. Kitchen was well equipped. I do think hand towels both in the kitchen and bathrooms would be helpful. Using paper towels seems wasteful.

Great bike access, both paved and dirt, 4 miles to Marconi Park/beach. Kids loved it. Kids also loved the bunk beds. House was immaculately clean. Neighborhood very quiet. We were grateful for the beach chairs, beach toys, etc since we had not packed those. Shed also had cornhole game. Only complaint was an issue with couch seat but that may have been prior guest not reporting a problem because manager was not aware of it.
