I came to the area to do some birding and hiking. The cabin is just minutes from Cave Creek and other areas. Perfect place to stay if you have a dog as there is a fenced in area attached to your cabin. The cabin sits on 40 acres and the host have created winding trails all throughout, which was fun to do at the end of the day. The host were amazingly friendly and made me feel at home definitely will go back.

This was such a cute spot and I would happily stay here again! Host was super communicative and welcoming; he met me when I arrived despite it being late to help guide me to the right cabin. Bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep even with windy stormy conditions outside that had spoiled my camping plans. I would highly recommend this place as a basecamp if you are hiking or birding in the Chiricahua mountains!
