**NEW LISTING** Tucked away in a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac amongst towering oaks in the Texas Hill Country, is our Lazy Lakehouse. Centrally located in Lago Vista and only a 2 - 5 minute drive to lakefront parks, pool, fitness, marina, golf, and Lake Travis access. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6, and has a white picket fenced yard that's shaded and great for children, pets, games, and all around family fun. Feed the deer, relax on the porch, and create lasting memories with family and friends!
The Lazy Lakehouse is located in the heart of Lago Vista - a scenic village located less than an hour northwest of Austin. It boasts a king bed, 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and 2 full baths for your comfort along with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, WiFi, HDTVs, washer/dryer, and plenty of outside fun for your family and friends. We suggest bringing your own food and drinks but if cooking isn't your style, there are several restaurants within 10 minutes such as the Lucky Rabbit (Jonestown), Cap'n Pete's (lakefront in Point Venture), The Island Bar & Grill (lakefront) and Burger Bar/Taco Bar to name a few.
As you venture off the property, you'll find numerous activities just a few minutes away with access to Lake Travis and all the local amenities of the Lago Vista Property Owners Association (LVPOA). The Bar-K Park Clubhouse (2 minute drive) is the central gathering area for the community and includes a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, pickle ball, and two playgrounds. Other LVPOA parks are available to you as well including Marina Park with a fishing well and boat ramp, Arrowhead Park with picnic pavilion and disc golf course, and Cody Park with a playground, picnic tables, and boat ramp. Currently, due to low lake levels, only Cody Park and Emerald Park have open boat ramps. The fitness center is also nearby for your workout needs. Within a 20 minute drive is the Flat Creek Winery and the beautiful Balcones Canyonlands.
