- Please ensure the TV and all lights are turned off. Lock up: - Please ensure windows and the sliding door is closed and locked. - Lock the front door from the key pad as usual
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud parties or large groups (7 or more) permitted.
Please place used towels and bedding in the laundry basket provided.
Please place garbage and recycle in the respective containers located outside near the deck.

The house was beautiful, clean, very well decorated and arranged. Rooms were specious and beds were very comfortable. A great place to overnight or for an extended stay. The owner was very courtious and willing to help. Access was easy and shopping was only minutes away. Thanks Cas for an amazing stay.

Very clean comfortable property. Great kitchen with everything available to prepare a meal. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood close enough to walk downtown for coffee. Host is quick to pleasantly respond to any request.

Brand new and super clean. Little issue not getting door code 24 hours before and took a bit of time to contact host, but all good in the end. Excellent brand new home. Would stay again in a heartbeat
