Strict pet policy. No pets allowed on furniture. Must pick up all waste from front/back yard. Any pet hair found on linens will occur extra charge.
Please try not to run washing machine, dishwasher and shower simultaneously, as house is on septic and can cause backup if multiple units running.

Hey Y'all! My name is Liz. We have 3 amazing children who absolutely love the beach! We live locally (about 10min away) and really enjoy coming to this great little cottage just steps away from the beach.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect little beach house that's just 2 blocks (6min walk) from the beach and 1 block from a great shopping center (2 restaurants, GREAT coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store). The 1/2 acre lot provides a spacious back yard that is fenced in, making it great for pets to run around without worry. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the back deck listening to the sound of circades with your family and friends. Also a quick drive to downtown Charleston if you want to get off the island. Come check out the #1 travel destination city in the U.S.!
