Comfortable home and easy walk to the beach. Also within short walk to shopping area with grocery store and restaurants/coffee shop. Large fenced yard which was a plus for our dog.
It was the perfect place for me and my husband to get away for a few days. We enjoyed the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. The backyard was excellent for our dog. We felt really comfortable and safe.
Great house for a quick weekend stay in Isle of Palms. Close enough to walk to a public access to the beach and close enough to walk over to the grocery store and a morning coffee place. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog too.
Perfect IOP location, easy to get to the beach or downtown area. Traffic on that side of the street is light so noise isn’t an issue. Would stay there again soon

My girlfriend absolutely loved the place. It has everything you need, perfect location and very close walking distance to water and beach shops. House was made to facilitate dog ownership with gated backyard and covers for sofas. So many luxuries all for an affordable price. My gf has been saying we need to book the same place again!
Great location and perfect little cottage with everything we needed for a few days at the beach. Walking distance to coffee, groceries, and the beach. We will definitely be back!
The host was wonderful! Quick and friendly communication and they even left coffee and water for us. The location is also good, with restaurants, grocery and a gas station right around the corner. It's also just a short drive to downtown Charleston. This a great property overall. While we enjoyed the property, it is best if you plan to be out and about. We were kind of stuck inside due to a nor'easter that blew through. Unfortunately, I found out pretty quickly that the couch is not exactly up for extended lounging! Outside of that, I would highly recommend the property!

Hey Y'all! My name is Liz. I moved to Charleston about 3 years ago (Boston native!) with my husband. We have 3 amazing children who absolutely love the beach! We live locally (about 10min away) and really enjoy coming to this great little cottage just steps away from the beach. We just purchased this property recently (June 2020) and have been making great upgrades. It really is the perfect getaway!

This is the perfect little beach house that's just 2 blocks (6min walk) from the beach and 1 block from a great shopping center (2 restaurants, GREAT coffee shop, and grocery store). The 1/2 acre lot provides a spacious back yard that is fenced in, making it great for pets to run around without worry. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the back deck listening to the sound of circades with your family and friends. Also a quick drive to downtown Charleston if you want to get off the island.
