This home had no warmth or comfort. Although I knew from the photos that the furniture would be scarce, I found out how old and broken it was too. The floors seemed clean but no surfaces were wiped down; the bathroom sinks and shower were dirty. There is no bathmat, only a tiny toilet rug. The sheets were mismatched and there were no blankets on the bedsand no extra blankets in the house; just the bedspreads. There are no bedside tables for phones, tissues, water, etc., no dressers. The one tv is extremely small and there is only one couch. The dining table looks like a discarded office work station desk. There is also no full length mirror. Hand towels and dish towels would be nice. The heat wasn't working when we arrived but it was fixed within a few hours. I had to text to ask, however, if it was fixed. A text or call saying it was repaired would have been nice since we were out for the evening. Better instructions for finding the home and parking are needed as there was confusion upon arrival. The place was warm and in a decent neighborhood and the shower was plenty hot. The owner answered texts and calls promptly . This home needs A LOT of TLC and simple comforts of home.
