This modern 6-bedroom villa is located at Encore Club, less than a 10-minute drive from the happiest place on Earth! You and your family can visit all 4 incredible theme parks and also enjoy exclusive amenities at the property, such as free transportation to parks and shopping malls!
Sleeping up to 13 people, this home provides bedrooms across both floors including 4 king sized suites. The upstairs entertainment loft area provides hours of fun for the whole family with a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows on and 2 bean bag chairs with built in speakers!
The private swimming pool and spa right outside your patio doors is the only way to experience Florida's warm weather and sunshine at any time of the day!

We had an excellent stay at this property! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The home was well stocked with essentials, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and hassle-free.The only minor suggestion would be to improve the shower heads, especially in the master bathroom — better water pressure or updated fixtures would make the experience even better.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Great House

The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that each bedroom had en-suite bathroom. We cooked dinner each evening and kitchen was well stocked. The gas grill had a corroded wheel so was unstable but there was a George Forman grill that did the trick. There was plenty of room for all our family to eat together. We went to Disney using the free shuttle bus and also got Uber. The resort pool was great for kids and adults and we were also able to purchase our Disney tickets at the resort. The house pool heater was not working so we just used the resort pool. Had a great stay and would recommend this property to family and friends.

Not what we ordered but better than what we ordered.

The original property had an "issue" that would take a few days to remedy and they got us another property on the other side of the complex, the same side as the resort pool. That unit we got we paid for the pool to be heated but the resort pool was warmer than the spa and the pool was cold the whole trip. Outside of that the unit was great, it was clean, the kids enjoyed all the space and we were able to attach our switch to the movie room tv but needed an extension cord to get power to the unit and it was great having 2 dishwashers. Target was close enough to get the necessities.

No Pool Heat. Poor Communication

Booked 6 nights at this house over spring break for 4 adults and 3 young children based on the “heated pool amenity” Paid for pool heat in advance, but when we checked in the pool heat was broken beyond repair. Spent first 2 days of the trip trying to resolve the issue with the host and local property management team. Very poor communication from the host. The host agreed to refund 4/6 nights stay if we moved to a house with a working pool. Spent 2 weeks trying get my refund while the host and Vrbo passed the buck on each other for who was responsible to pay. When I finally received a refund it was only 30% of what I paid and much less than what I’m owed. I will be not be using Vrbo for all future bookings, and I will make sure it is not hosted by the same party.

Casa muito boa, ampla, confortável porém reparamos que os móveis estão um pouco desgastados, principalmente os móveis da área externa. Também achamos que os chuveiros poderiam ter mais vazão de água. Poderiam ter mais jogos americanos ou toalha para a mesa de jantar. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa, nos respondeu muito rápido qdo solicitado. As instalações do condomínio são excelentes, utilizamos até o transporte para o Magic Kingdom.

Great house near all the attractions!

This house is huge and perfect for a large group like we had! Everything you could want is stocked in the property. The amenities (water park, club house) are wonderful! We really enjoyed the private pool. The house is very close to all Disney attractions!
