- Khu nghỉ dưỡng đầy đủ tiện nghi với 5 hồ bơi lớn, nhà hàng, cửa hàng tiện lợi, spa, sân tennis,...
* Biệt thự có 3 phòng ngủ
Mỗi phòng có đầy đủ tiện nghi và một phòng tắm riêng
- Phòng ngủ chính trên tầng 2 có tầm nhìn trực diện biển: Giường cỡ King
- Phòng ngủ 2 trên tầng 2: Giường đôi
- Phòng ngủ 3 ở tầng 1: Giường Queen - Nằm riêng bên ngoài tòa nhà chính.
* Tầng 1 tòa nhà chính là phòng khách, bếp, bể bơi riêng, lối ra biển trực tiếp và 1 toilet nhỏ.
