While I understand you chose not to stay and received a full refund, your feedback still helped bring an important issue to light. I immediately looked into the cleaning situation and discovered that the service I had been relying on wasn’t holding up their end—something I didn’t realize since I manage the property remotely. I’ve since brought on a new, reliable cleaner, and recent guests have had great experiences, so I’m confident things are now on the right track."

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to airport, but never hear any noise from planes. Online pictures are accurate. Bedrooms do not have dressers or bedside tables. Missing some basics (trash cans in bathrooms, cutting board and measuring cups in kitchen). Dishwasher didn't work during our stay. Owner said it was due to a tripped breaker.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We keep bathroom trash cans in the home, so we’re not sure how one went missing—we’ll make sure they're checked before each stay moving forward.- The dishwasher was working but had tripped a breaker; we’re sorry this wasn’t caught before your arrival. If it happens again, guests can flip the labeled switch in the breaker box, similar to a light switch.- We’ve added a measuring cup and cutting board so the kitchen is better stocked for future guests.- We’ve purchased dressers and bedside tables and just need time between bookings to get those installed.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
