Why they chose this property
Waihi is the gateway to the Coromandel & a 10 minute drive to Waihi Beach. One of the best beaches in the Bay of Plenty / Coromandel region.
Close to the Hauraki Rail Trail (it runs past the front fence!) & a lovely half hour walk to the beautiful Gilmour Lake Park.
