Amazing and beautiful resort!! Can’t wait to come back!
The cabin was very comfy and cozy. The host was great to work with and always kept in contact with us. The cabin had a perfect layout. We loved the two bedrooms with en suites. The hot water and water pressure were amazing. I wish every place we went to had that. We did have a few issues with the cabin. We had no towels in the master bathroom. We ended up finding some in the dryer that had sheets and towels left in there. The comforter in one of the bedrooms smelled musty and like it hadn’t ever been washed. We had to remove it from the bed because it smelled so bad. We also didn’t like the fact that there were no local channels on the TV, especially since it was the NFL playoff season. We also wish it was a smart TV so we could log into apps to listen to music and watch movie. And we felt there should’ve been instructions on how to work stuff. There was a surround sound system for music, but could not figure out how to work it. The fireplace in the bedroom would work for about 10 minutes and then shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I feel like for all the fees and for what they charge for this place there should be a little better upkeep on it. The resort grounds are absolutely amazing. They do a wonderful job of keeping it maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back to it during the spring or summer months. The restaurant was beautiful though our drinks were horrible for the price they charge. And the food was OK. Our dessert was not good and tasted like it was old and stale. The family friendly pool was amazing. We were surprised they kept it heated even during the winter. The one complaint about the resort is we were very disappointed we were not allowed to rent a golf cart due to us booking from a third-party. You only get a golf cart if you book directly through the resort
