Typical kiwi beach house located within a 1 minute direct access walk to a gorgeous beach. The perfect spot for a safe and relaxing getaway with no need of crossing any road for beach access and just a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurant and supermarket. Sheltered from onshore winds, it provides a great outdoor entertainment area complete with new barbeque, out door furniture and a hot out door shower. Comfortably sleeps 6, but priced to allow couples and smaller groups to enjoy a fabulous getaway. Safe and respectful neighborhood with off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
10 minute drive from NZs famous Mount Maunganui beach where you can enjoy a leisurely walk around the mount enjoying gorgeous views, or pick from a number of more challenging walks up the mount for spectacular views and pics. Relax & unwind at the mount hot pools, enjoy a Copenhagen ice-cream or check out the local surf and boutique shores & favulous restaurants Mount Maunganui has to offer.

So close to the beach, brilliant location! House is definitely bach vibes and has a unique, quirky layout. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re not good with stairs but we really enjoyed it. Especially loved the little balcony and bbq area to relax. Thank you!

Fantastic kiwi bach

Perfect spot close to the beach & Mercury Bay Arena for a dance comp our daughter was attending. Private area for parking bikes.Nice & flat to bike to the mt (35 mins)Unfortunately it was extremely stormy on our 1st night & bathroom vent rattled but next night quiet & calm.Well stocked kitchen/bathroom.
