Dear guest warm welcome to kookaburra Door Home away from home , this is central location ( MEAN SHORT DRIVE TO EVERYTHING) offering a premium short or long stay, we create a friendly, clean and comfortable home away from home so that you can truly settle in and enjoy your stay here in dubbo.This home has plenty of space to enjoy your amazing trip to Dubbo.This home has got 4 Big size Rooms, Master king bedroom has got spare beautiful sunroom where you can enjoy morning sip of coffee & tea , second Bedroom has got king size bed as well with big windows, third bedroom has got 2 single bed would bed would turn into one king size bed on request ,and forth room has double size bed with big window. There are 2 lounge Area 1 with Apple TV , Dinning Area ,big kitchen with plenty of space,there are two bathroom one with shower screen and second with bathtub, there is decent size laundry with washer plus dryer, front of house nice veranda with two seater table and chai, back patio has got plenty of room with BBQ facilities and outdoor seating where you can enjoys rise and sunset, there are plenty of space for car parking at the back with attached open car ports, heaps of space to at the back to use . There are security camera front and at the back of house just for the security reasons.

We came to Dubbo after travelling for two days for a family gathering. The house was beyond our expectations and ticked every box. Spacious, wonderfully clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Had an amazing time The house had a lovely homely feel to itThere was nothing missing We went in winter and the house was very warmThe bedrooms were a great size The kitchen was fantastic had everything you could needClose to a number of take aways and shopping centre Quiet street, no road noise

The house is great for couples and families and well located for Zoo, cafes, club and restaurants nearby.It is however advertised as two bathrooms which it is, but has only one shower which slowed us down considerably as we were attending a wedding, and extra family gatherings. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the small bathroom that DID have a shower.The floors weren't very clean and the bathmats and toilet mats didn't look clean either.The fridge does not make ice, which isn't a great problem, but there were no ice trays.There was only one small milk on arrival, and the salt shakers didn't work.I hope this helps the owners with some issues, but our stay was comfortable and again location is good.

Kitchen was great. A big oven, but no baking dish. Only one tea towel and no oven mitts…BBQ had not been cleaned. Traces of bacon and grease…Great location. Good backyard for young children.Front yard was also a good size.Back verandah was good too, though the chairs were a little rickety. But comfortable.Bathrooms were good but no plug for the bath. We had to buy one. Left it for future guests.Very comfortable living areas, plenty of space. No doona covers on the beds. Just bare doonas with a bed sheet over them.Ceiling fan in big main bedroom with sunroom was very comfortable. However the ceiling fan above the bed only had one speed… really full blast!!!
