On the main level, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a large table perfect for family meals or game nights, along with a convenient half bath nearby. Just beyond is a sunken living room with comfortable seating, a streaming-ready TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a private deck. Here you can grill, dine outdoors, and enjoy views of the landscaped courtyard and pool with its charming gazebo.

The second level is home to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, TV, and en suite bath with a shower. This suite also has its own private balcony overlooking the peaceful courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Upstairs on the third level, you’ll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The laundry area with washer and dryer is also located on this floor for added convenience.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

Amazing rental

"This property was in a great location! You can walk to the harbor (under a mile) or Main Street and drive to other Cape locations easily. The community pool was right out the back door and had plenty of space. The property was well stocked with all things you might need for the week. There was plenty of space, rooms were a good size and comfortable. The master bath was rather small. Certainly not a deal breaker, especially with another full and half bath in the property. We would absolutely rent this property again on our next trip to the Cape.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
