Beautiful and roomy appartment spoiled by minor issues. Micro oven did not work. Could not heat anything up. Many light switches did not work. No egg slice for cooking breakfast. Sounds strange but this appartment is not managed by the onsite managers.As we could not gain access to our room till 2.00pm we were not given access details until 1.45pm. We were given the room number but not a digital door code that was needed to gain entry. We phone the managers of this property just after 2.00pm to find they have closed for the day and will not be open till 9.00am the next day. We are given an after hours number to call . After a long wait we finally get the door code to give us entry. This was not a good start to our break in Port Douglas.

We profusely apologise about the glitch experienced in getting that information to you in time. We have a streamlined communication process for guests before check in and apologise for the inconvenience caused, as this is a newly acquired unit we now manage. Despite this, we hope you enjoyed your stay in Port Douglas!
