Great location as the four square is five-minute walk away and the beach can be accessed across the road, or the surf club a few minutes drive down the road. The beds were comfortable, a spacious bathroom and tidy kitchen/living area.

I have lived in Ohope for around 39 years so I guess you could say I come from Ohope.Great area,great community,lots of things to do-a handful of scenic bush and coastal walks,Tarawera falls,Rotorua lakes and world famous Redwood forrest MTB Park.Also the stunning Ohiwa harbour for your fishing,and water sports etc.There is also some great bike riding on the dunes trail in Opotiki and some other trails that are serious out back trails,but truly amazing.

Why they chose this property

I guess the reason I have stayed here so long is because compared to other beach places,Ohope is just so much more relaxed . There's a stress free atmosphere and the beach is very safe and less crowded than other beaches,but so handy to shops and supermarkets in Whakatane.

What makes this property unique

Because this place is situated in central Ohope,it is pretty much within walking distance of most of the places that you will need to access ,and just across the road from the beach.
