This beautiful building with shared pool, entirely made of tufa stone, will offer you an optimal comfort for a pleasant stay! It has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom, a mezzanine bedroom and finally a vast garden with its two south-facing terraces to enjoy a meal outside with family or friends. The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A large and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas including a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a beautiful functional stone fireplace as well as a raised dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people and has direct access to the terrace.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... You will also find a mini-bar with a safe.

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a Queen-Size bed, access to the outside and an adjoining shower room with a shower, a large washbasin, storage, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

On the mezzanine :
- A bedroom area with two Louis-Philippe single beds and an armchair.

Outside :
- A large garden with two sunny terraces at the front and back of the house. They are furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.
- Fruit trees planted around the gîtes for guests' enjoyment

Common exteriors :
- A swimming pool (shared, not heated) of 8mx4mx1.5m, available from May to October depending on weather conditions (opening dates not contractual).

Discover the rich heritage of the Maine et Loire, between emblematic monuments and wine estates as far as the eye can see, let your desires guide you! Start with the discovery of the Troglos de la Sablières which will plunge you for a moment into an astonishing place, artistic and full of history. Then, take a diversion to the charming town of Doué la Fontaine before learning more about the wines of the Loire by taking part in a visit to an estate and a tasting of the region's jewels!
If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid plain landscapes that are available to you!
