The apartment was exactly as described, the terrace is amaizing, there is a garage near by and it was very quiet in the complex. I highly recommend this apartment.

Simply superb

First class property and service from host. Excellent amenities, both in the apartment and nearby. Smaller supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and larger one about 20 minutes walk away. Hosts are very helpful and respond almost immediately. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful apartment and great stay

The apartments is completely as described on the listing, very well equipped for a relaxing and carefree stay. We made use of the pools on the complex as beaches were a drive away. Clean and quiet, with comfortable sunbeds available. Would recommend a car as the resort is lovely but small and supermarkets a distance away, if you want to self cater, as we did for part of the week. Only think I would recommend is fans for the bedrooms as particularly the room at the back of the apartment, gets very hot with limited airflow. Thank you for sharing the apartment with us, we all 100% recommend

My wife and I, along with our 18 year old daughter stayed in this apartment and it was perfect. Great size, rooms were perfect and the sun area on the roof was a fantastic bonus. The apartment had all the equipment we needed, and the 2 x swimming pools were great, and never overly busy. Surrounding areas were always clean and nice and quiet too. We spent 2 weeks staying here and used the local bus which is right outside the apartments to get to Adele and Las Americas with ease. A walk of 5 minutes gets you to a couple of little bars and eateries or further round the coast 10 minutes to the area where Hard Rock Hotel is and there are more cafes, bars and restaurants. A couple of small, rocky beaches within walking distance too. We really enjoyed our stay ad wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this resort, or this apartment.

Arrivée parfaite avec Natalie qui est très agréable. Communication top.Le logement est très fonctionnel et ne manque de rien.Acces wifi. Garage en sous-sol très pratique. Pas de clim mais même au mois d'août pas nécessaire. Le logement est très bien insonorisé. Un complexe magnifique avec de belles piscines. Adresse à retenir.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Ab späten Vormittag genießt man auf der Dachterrasse direkt die Sonne, ein Sonnensegel ist vorhanden um Schatten zu bekommen. Outdoormöbel gibt es genug, leider keine Auflagen für die Liegen. Auf der Terrasse kann man ebenfalls aufs Meer schauen. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind Klappstühle, nicht ganz so bequem aber zum Essen ausreichend. In der Küche ist viiiiel vorhanden, d.h. auch Gewürze oder Öle. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, allerdings knarzt es bei jeder Bewegung und das auch relativ laut. Haben wir nach Abreise mitgeteilt, vielleicht kann ja was gemacht werden. Wir hatten die letzten 3-4 Tage kein WLAN mehr aber da wir viel Unterwegs waren, haben wir es dann nicht weiter verfolgt, aber bei Abreise mitgeteilt damit es behoben wird. Es ist relativ hellhörig, d.h. man hört die Nachbarn links und rechts oder auch unter einem, es war aber lediglich am Wochenende etwas länger lauter. Die Poolanlage ist Klasse, besonders der beheizte Pool ist für Kinder toll. Vom beheizten Pool hat man noch Blick aufs Meer.Um zu verschiedenen Lokalitäten zu kommen, muss man schon ein Auto haben. Ein kleiner Supermarkt oder auch ein Italiener sind Fußläufig, alles andere ist zu weit. Die Tiefgarage ist super, denn auf der Insel findet man schwierig unbezahlte Parkplätze. Insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen, es hat uns gut gefallen und vielleicht sind bis dahin ja noch 2-3 Sachen verändert :)

Schönes, ruhiges Appartment

Die Ferienwohnung war super, sehr geräumig, sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Balkon und Dachterrasse ein absoluter Traum! Schöne Pool-Anlage, insgesamt eher ruhig im Komplex und sehr gepflegt. Parkgarage auch super und die Gastgeberin ebenso. Die Umgebung ist etwas trist, im Barranco neben der Anlage wird immer mal wieder mit einem Bagger lautstark gearbeitet und die paar Hotel-Hochhäuser sind natürlich nicht so hübsch anzusehen. Aber wenn man das ignoriert bzw. tagsüber eh Ausflüge macht, ist das nicht der Rede wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung!

Le garage ne se trouve pas dans le complexe fermé, (ne pas mentionné dans l’annonce), vous devez porter l’eau, le vin et les commissions et les sacs de plage du garage du complexe en face au sous-sol…monter...traverser la route…et le chemin jusqu’à l’appartement. On aimerait que les annonces sur les sites de location soient plus précises.

Sensationelle Dachterrasse

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage in Playa Paraiso. Einchecken und Kontakt problemlos, danke Natalie! Sehr gute Ausstattung, 2 seperate Bäder, Balkon und grandiose Dachterrasse mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegestühlen und Hängematte. Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Wohnkomplex gegenüber. Einkauf muss man ein Stück schleppen. Aber die Aussicht auf der Dachterrase ist es wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung.

Ganz allgemein: Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur schön! Warum nur 4 Sterne? Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mega freundlich von Natalie empfangen! Sie erklärte alles und wäre auch immer erreichbar gewesen bei Fragen. Leider war die Küche der Ankunft nicht ganz so ordentlich gereinigt. Geräte klebten, dreckiges Besteck in der Geschirrspülmaschiene und Eis vom Vormieter im Froster. Alles andere war sauber und ordentlich. Die Terrasse und der Blick waren unbezahlbar. Am Anfang des Aufenthaltes fühlten sich die Nachbarn scheinbar von uns und unseren Kindern ( 8 Jahre) gestört und beschwerten sich beim Vermieter. Die Kommunikation erfolgte aber auch da stets freundlich. Ein Familie mit Kindern ist halt leider kein Rentner Ehepaar und verursacht etwas mehr "Lärm" . Die Anlage war auch super sauber. Es gibt mehrere Pools von dem einer beheizt war. Fazit: wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Kwam overeen met de verwachtingen. Veel mogelijkheden om zowel in de zon als schaduw te zitten en complex beschikt over mooi zwembad waar het over het algemeen niet druk is. Veel te doen binnen 15 min met de auto.
