Welcome to your spacious and serene upstairs retreat, featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a private full bathroom—ideal for families, small groups, or business travellers seeking comfort, space, and privacy.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home. The kitchen is private and for guest use only, located on the same level as the living room. The kitchen is positioned along a shared access walkway, which the host may occasionally use to reach the back entrance of the home. A lockable privacy door separates the kitchen from the living room, ensuring full privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay. This setup does not interfere with your privacy or use of the space.
A lush backyard with a deck and BBQ grill is available for guest use and provides a great place to relax or enjoy warmer days. Please note that the deck is not private.
The host resides in a separate, private section of the basement and is available if needed, while fully respecting guest privacy at all times.
Located in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood, the home offers free street parking, easy access to local amenities, and quick connections to major destinations.
