IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION

The host lives in a separate private basement unit and uses the rear entrance. To reach that entrance, the host may occasionally pass briefly through the kitchen.

The full kitchen is provided for guest use. A lockable privacy door separates the kitchen from the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. These areas are exclusively yours and are never accessed by the host during your stay. Please book only if you are comfortable with this arrangement.

• Only registered guests are permitted
• Laundry may be available upon request for stays of five nights or longer
