A new conversion of a stone barn in a small village in the southern Pyrenees . 1.2 km from the village of Molitg Les Bains, 9 kms from Prades and 45 mins from the mediterranean city of Perpignan. The building overlooks a small river with a picnic area where the mountain water can be enjoyed
The area offers something for everyone. Attractions include the health spa/thermes of Molitg, walking and biking in the surrounding hills, canyoning, the Mediterranean beaches and the ski resorts on the way to Andorra

The conversion of half of the barn into comfortable and characterful accommodation for 4 people was completed this spring. It has been equipped to a very high standard, including Fibre Optic internet, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, cooling fans and heating (wood burning stove and electric radiators)

Doors from the 35m2 openplan living room, kitchen, dining area lead to a terrace with a gas Bbq, table & chairs and a balcony with seating
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other has two singles. The bathroom has a shower and WC

There is a parking place for a car and bicycles below the living space
