We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

Luxuriously appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, air-conditioned level 15 apartment with amazing spectacular CBD and water views from every room and the private balcony.
An open plan lounge and dining room with a fully equipped self-contained kitchen.
Centrally located between Victoria Harbour and the Yarra River with free trams stopping directly out the front of the building, providing easy access to Southern Cross Station and Melbourne CBD.
It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep up to 6.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
*FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY BOND: $450 will be activated 1 day before your arrival date. Please ensure you have sufficient fund in your chosen payment method.
*We don`t accept groups of guests under the age of 25 without 5 good reviews
*Quiet hours between 10pm & 7am.
*Please remove footwear when entering the bedrooms due to the white carpet.
*Cleaning fee is for a basic turnover. If the cleaners are forced to stay longer due to guests lack of care, we reserve the right to forward on extra costs.
