We had a wonderful stay. We brought our kids and parents with us for a visit. The house was plenty big for our decent sized group. My mom caught a little fish off the shore, and we had a wonderful bonfire in the backyard. The whole house was exceptionally clean and perfect for our guests (toddlers and adults). There is not air conditioning, it was definitely a little toasty upon arrival, but with open windows and the fans on it cooled off. We would definitely stay again.

Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. There is no actual private water access, the shoreline needs to be trimmed down and some sort of dock added, or not, but the shoreline is overgrown and nearly inaccessible. I think this could be a great spot. They just have a little more to do.
