※ Booking Changes and Options:
The rebooking fee will be waived if you extend your check-out date, provided the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are permitted once the reservation has started.
- For changes within 7 days of check-in, no modifications are allowed.
- For changes made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a A$100 service fee will apply.
- For changes made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a A$50 service fee will apply.
- Changes made more than 30 days before check-in are free of charge.

1) Rebooking is subject to availability and a new daily rate, which may differ from the original reservation. Guests will be charged the higher of the two rates.
2) The new check-in date must be within 90 days of the original date and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check the calendar availability.

-Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
-Please take the property key and fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will be AU$180. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$180.
