About this property

The Fish Shack - Private Path to Beach

A stylish little studio called 'The Fish Shack'. The studio's sliding doors open onto a pretty garden. We are not beachfront but have a private path which leads directly onto Clareville Beach. The swimming is great and the sunsets are beautiful. The Fish Shack has a comfy queen bed, great shower, yummy linen, towels and wifi! There isn't a kitchen but there is a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger.

Guys will love 'The Fish Shack', loads of fishing books to read and a few rods should you and your other half wish to try your hand at catching dinner. The swimming as mentioned is great especially at high tide. You can book SUP lessons at the beach (number included in your welcome pack).

Clareville Beach is perfect for an afternoon picnic or BBQ - you'll find several electric BBQ's at the beach should you wish to cook breakfast or dinner - it's a fun, popular spot with a buzzy energy.

You can also walk to Avalon village, only 20 minutes to discover loads of restaurants, a few bars and some great shopping. Or take a 10-minute walk to the best coffee, chai and organic goodies just up the road at Forage Cafe on Hilltop Road. Plus LePont wine store has some of the best wines in town.

'The Fish Shack' is a stand-alone studio but not within a completely private area as the main house is connected via a deck. Hopefully, we can only help to make the stay richer should you need any advice while holidaying we are more than happy to help.

*The studio is situated on the same property as the owner's residence, although it is completely separate. There is a glass sliding door with black out curtains for maximum privacy, however please be aware it's on a shared property. Where possible we will always make ourselves available should guests require interaction during their stay, without being intrusive. Happy to be available for any questions.
