It’s in a nice area of town. Very close to shops and restaurants. It has a lovely view. It’s clean and well supplied. More details on how to get into the unit would have been helpful.

Our stay was amazing! Jesse was available and helpful! The view and access to trails was only across the small street.
Beautiful swans only 20 metres from our door!

Cute space, clean! Couch is very sunken in the middle, couldn't sit on the end without falling towards the middle. No ac, no TV. Requested a fan as it was so hot & host brought us one. We didn't mind but the little kiddos sounds in the other part of the house come through. Shower curtain is a pressure rod & kept falling down. Very nice location!

Regarding the temperature: the room does have air conditioning and is typically the coolest spot in the house. Interestingly, another recent guest actually found the same room too cold, which shows how differently people experience the same conditions. I’m sorry it felt too warm during your stay. I’m glad the fan helped once it was provided. The shower curtain is on a pressure rod, which can sometimes slip if it’s pulled or leaned on. I’ll be looking into a more secure setup to prevent that in the future. I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It helps me keep improving the space for future guests.

Very convenient adjacent to West side of Lake Couchiching's refreshing, & calm waters. Also lovely scenery with its walking trails along it, & Veterans Rd. The site refreshed & invigorated me & my stay here. Located in Downtown district too.

Regarding the noise: I do occasionally have young children upstairs, and this is noted in the listing and welcome materials. On the temperature: The unit has a temperature-controlled system right beside the bed. During a heat wave many guests prefer it cooler, but if it felt too cold I’m sorry about that. Had you messaged me during your stay (as requested in the booking confirmation), I could have walked you through adjusting it right away. The listing clearly states there is no TV. Most guests use the time to enjoy the nearby trails, downtown area, and local spots. I’m glad the majority of our guests have had positive experiences. I hope your next stay goes more smoothly.

Our little apt was absolutely wonderful. Super clean, comfortable, close to all amenities. Everything was within walking distance. The manager was amazing. He made sure our stay was everything we wanted, also suggested place to see and visit. I think this is gem that everyone should consider staying.

Great communication and excellent cleanliness

My friend and I had a very comfortable stay at this location. Excellent cleanliness and Jesse was extremely helpful, available, and good to communicate with. Nice to have a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and portable stove element to make a quick breakfast with. Very comfortable bed. Overall a great stay. Thank you Jesse!

Great host. Very responsive and helpful. Side table lamps with usb charging would be a good addition and maybe a small TvThe location is perfect. It’s walking distance to lake park and the downtown where there are some great restaurants and shops. Really nice views of the lake and the sun rises. Would recommend this for sure. We like to have coffee from a French press and the host included this which was such a nice touch. The bed is really comfortable and so is the sofa. The shower pressure is perfect especially if you have thick hair like me. Super clean as well.
