Relax and feel at home at House on French. This freshly renovated and spacious home is ideal for work, rest or family time. It features a full kitchen, large living areas and comfortable bedrooms. Located in a quiet street just a short walk to shops, cafes and the train station. Enjoy the generous backyard with fruit trees (in season) and a cubby house for the kids, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Merredin. Fully equipped kitchen – cook like you're at home Sofa bed available on request Large open-plan living area with high ceilings Comfortable lounge room to unwind Full laundry facilities Modern bathroom Ducted air-conditioning Potbelly Fireplace (You are welcome to bring the wood as I can not guarantee that wood will be available) In winter time electric heaters are put in the house. Security cameras are installed outside at the front of the house for safety purposes only. One camera faces the front path and cars parked in front, and another faces the driveway. There are no cameras inside or in any private spaces. Footage is only accessed if a concern is raised and can be provided on request Whole house I am only just round the corner if you need anything while you are staying in our lovely house. Situated in a quiet area for a peaceful stay Plenty of extra parking for multiple vehicles Walking distance to town, hospital and local attractions There is a cupboard with toys for your child's entertainment.
