Welcome to Your Wellington City Retreat Enjoy stylish inner-city living in this beautiful, newly-built two-level apartment. With a cool industrial mix of exposed concrete, warm timber floors, modern appliances, and soft, comfortable furnishings, this space is designed to make you feel right at home. You’ll be staying in the heart of Wellington’s vibrant dining and entertainment district—just steps from award-winning restaurants and bars, boutique shops, and must-see attractions. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend away, or an extended stay, this is the perfect base for your Wellington adventure. Inside the Apartment The lower level welcomes you with an open-layout living and dining area—ideal for relaxing after a busy day, or sharing meals with friends around the large six-seater table. The cosy lounge area is perfect for streaming your favourite shows, and the sofa converts into a queen bed for extra sleeping options. (Please note, linen for the sofa bed is available to hire for $20). Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting queen bedrooms and a fresh, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay, with plenty of space to unwind. There is a separate studio on the ground floor below (also available for rent!), however the entire two-level apartment is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. Guest Experience You’ll have full private access and can check in easily via a lockbox. We’re always just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay. Explore the Neighbourhood Our location on Victoria Street means you’re never far from the action. Stroll over to Cuba Street for cafes, bars, and quirky shops, or enjoy a night out at one of Wellington’s top restaurants like Loretta, Kisa, or Highwater. Key attractions such as Te Papa Tongarewa, Takina Convention Centre and the waterfront are walkable from the apartment, but if you want to venture further afield, you’ll find taxis, Ubers, and buses just minutes away.
